This bug is reproducable. Although timing it just right is kinda tricky. If you are in the process of docking or undocking when your skill completes then it will show up completely blank at 0 points until you relog. Has happened to me many times. ...

Why not just run a query to find out what's not showing up in the market? It's very simple. If it's not then you guys have some database issues you need to work out bigtime.
